The project of the B&B L’Orto di Panza, carried out thanks to the support of the Digital Enterprise 2025 grant, within the framework of the Regional ERDF Programme 2021–2027 – Action 1.1.3 “Innovation Services” of the Tuscany Region, involved the renewal of the website with online booking functionalities, combined with Artificial Intelligence solutions for the automation of social media and guest communication, as well as advanced Cyber Security systems for data protection.

The objective of the project is to enhance the user experience, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen the competitiveness of the property, by offering guests modern, secure, and intuitive digital services.
